Global Front is a mini-mod of the popular Desert Combat Mod for Battlefield 1942. Set in the near future, the Global Front Mod will feature campaigns, maps and armies of a hypothetical World War.

We are pushing the limits of the Battlefield 1942 engine by increasing map view distances, enlarging texture sizes and modifying the menu and HUD. New armies, soldier kits, vehicles, statics and maps will be added to squeeze some more life out of a great mod and classic game.
